Frequently Asked Questions

Can I log off and restart the course as many times as I want?
Yes. Once you purchase your Continuing Education Course, you will be given access to your course to complete it at your leisure. A built in timer will log the hours spent on line with the course. Periodic assessment test placed within the course will gauge you retention level.

How do you report my hours to the DPBR once I complete my course?
We normally electronically report the completed course credit hours within 10 days of completion (usually less).  You should check with your DBPR online account to see when the hours actually do post. When you confirm that all the hours have posted, you can renew your license right there on the same website. Be sure to print yourself a receipt from the State’s website!  For your own records you should print yourself a hard copy of your completion certificate. It is available on the Courses and Exams page of your online course. Look on the bottom of that page under the section titled Documents Available/ Issued. Click on the blue link “issued” to view & print your certificate.

Can I share my account with my friend?
No. Your purchase is limited to single user access and the course must be completed by the purchaser and licensee. For security reasons, your exam purchase may include a question limit to protect us from password sharing. If you reach this limit, additional questions will be added providing your account does not show an abusive pattern.

After I purchase, do you send me a CD to take the course with?
No, all of our content and course taking process is online. Once you purchase your Continuing Education Course online, you can take your course from any computer that has internet access.

Does your site keep track of my score?
Yes. Our site keeps track of every course you take, the time spent on line, and the scores for each assessment test. It also gives you performance benchmarks and lets you know how you are doing in all areas.

Can I review the course that I take?
Yes. You can open and review any of your courses in your course history. Just as you were taking the course, you can open your course and view the content.

Can I pause my course, and come back to it later?
Yes. Any course can be paused at any time for later use. When you are ready to continue your course, simply go into course history, select your paused course, and continue on.
